The Allur | Jetour dealership center located in Astana, at 45 Aitmatov Street, achieved a score of 92.5% following its first Service Center audit conducted by Jetour International Headquarters, earning the title of best-performing Jetour auto center worldwide. This remarkable result exceeds the threshold of 90%, confirming the exceptional quality of service and after-sales support provided to customers.

The comprehensive service audit covered a wide range of criteria — from service readiness and vehicle intake procedures to NPC and CSI indicators (customer willingness to recommend the service center and satisfaction with service quality). The evaluation also included the customer experience and additional amenities, such as a comfortable waiting area and complimentary coffee and tea.
