The Allur Workforce Supports the Reforms and the Referendum on the New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan
On February 14, in the city of Kostanay, at the production site of the Allur plant—one of the key centers for the development of Kazakhstan’s automotive industry—a meeting was held between Andrey Lavrentyev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Allur and member of the Constitutional Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the company’s workforce.

More than 200 plant employees took part in the meeting, including workers, engineers, supervisors, and specialists who daily contribute to building modern machine-building production and shaping the country’s industrial future.
Addressing the team, Andrey Lavrentyev emphasized that the new Constitution reflects fundamental values — law and order, respect for working people, protection of human dignity, and recognition of human life and rights as the highest value.
“We support the new Constitution, which places the individual at its center — their life, their work, their honor, and their dignity. A strong state begins where there are fair rules, where the law is binding for everyone, and where working people feel respect, protection, and confidence in the future,” Lavrentyev noted.
During the meeting, Allur Plant Director Argulan Maikonov also spoke, emphasizing the position of the enterprise’s workforce.
“We are industrial workers and clearly understand that results are only possible where there is respect for working people. On my own behalf and on behalf of the entire Allur team, I would like to state that we support the presidential reforms and the new Constitution. We stand for justice, for development, for the future of our country, for our future! We will continue to work honestly for the benefit of the people and Kazakhstan,” Maikonov stated.
For industrial workers, the Constitution carries significant practical importance. The Basic Law establishes a stable legal framework necessary for production development, protection of workers’ rights, ensuring justice, and long-term economic sustainability.
Today, the Allur plant is an example of Kazakhstan’s real industrial development. Large-scale projects are being implemented here to localize production, introduce modern technologies, and develop human capital. Special attention is given to employee training, professional development, and creating conditions for career growth.
The Allur workforce expressed support for the ongoing reforms and the holding of a nationwide referendum, viewing participation in it as a manifestation of civic responsibility and a contribution to strengthening the rule-of-law state.
We support the new Constitution!
