Allur Automobile Plant Corporate University Opens in Kostanay

Allur Automobile Plant Corporate University has opened in Kostanay, marking a new stage in the training of highly qualified specialists in engineering technologies and production management.

"Allur University is a new look at modern education, which is based on the integration of education, science and business. This formula will allow us to train engineers and managers for the needs of modern production and the competencies of the future," said Lyudmila Olkinyan, head of the university.

A Decade of Success

Since its creation, Allur Corporate University has already celebrated its tenth anniversary, providing employees with a unique opportunity to develop without interrupting their work. For talented young people, this is a chance to become part of the country's personnel reserve. Currently, the university's portfolio includes more than 30 educational solutions aimed at developing soft, cognitive, digital and professional skills.

A Center of Attraction for the City

The new educational center aims to become an intellectual center of attraction for all city residents. Every year, Allur University trains over 2,000 people, preparing them for production needs and developing competencies in lean manufacturing, Lean management, corporate culture and innovative thinking. In addition, the team is engaged in training "new format" engineering and technical workers - future leaders, engineers and specialists who have the potential to develop and improve the country's automotive industry.

Partnership and cooperation

The opening of the educational space was made possible thanks to the support of the management of the Allur automobile company. More than 100 million tenge were allocated for the project, which made it possible to create modern classrooms equipped with high-quality audiovisual equipment and a library, as well as a coworking space combining areas for teamwork and relaxation.

The grand opening was attended by representatives of government agencies, enterprises and AllurUniversity partners from leading educational institutions. The event ended with the signing of memorandums of cooperation with Satbayev University and Almaty Management University, which emphasizes the importance of investing in human capital and continuous development.

President of Almaty Management University Asylbek Kozhakhmetov expressed gratitude to Allur for the opportunity to participate in such a large project.
