As part of a working visit to the Kostanay region, Deputy Prime Minister Yermek Kosherbayev got acquainted with social business initiatives, including the Allur Campus project - a residential complex created by the Kazakhstani automobile company Allur for students and young professionals.
Allur Campus is a nine-story brick building with an area of more than 13.5 thousand square meters, designed to accommodate 300 people. Inside, there are 71 family rooms, 60 student rooms, and 20 rooms for temporary accommodation of guests. All residential units are equipped with individual kitchens, bathrooms and recreation areas. In addition, the campus will have a medical center, a library, a computer room, a gym and a laundry.
Construction of the facility began in 2023, commissioning is scheduled for August 2025. To date, the volume of investments in the project has exceeded 2.1 billion tenge, and it is fully financed by Allur.
Allur Campus will become an important part of the region's infrastructure, providing comfortable conditions for life, training and development of young personnel. It complements the industrial cluster of Kostanay, where auto component and equipment production facilities are located, creating not only jobs for employees, but also a high-quality living environment.
"The Allur Campus project is not just a residential complex, but a powerful social impetus that creates a new model of life near industrial facilities. In the Year of Blue-Collar Professions, announced at the initiative of the President, such projects are of particular importance. We cannot talk about a competitive economy without qualified and motivated specialists. And the creation of such facilities creates a decent, modern and attractive environment for young people who choose the path of professional work," emphasized Deputy Prime Minister Ermek Kosherbayev.
The project will be expanded in the future. The second stage includes the construction of a kindergarten for 260 children, as well as the development of sports infrastructure, including football and basketball fields, running tracks, workout zones and table tennis courts.
Social projects of this scale indicate a new approach to regional development, when large businesses invest not only in production facilities, but also in the quality of life of their employees and future specialists.
