Allur Campus: Construction of a residential complex for students and young professionals nears completion in Kostanay

During a working visit to the Kostanay region, Deputy Prime Minister Yermek Kosherbayev reviewed social business initiatives, including the Allur Campus project—a residential complex being developed by the Kazakhstani automobile company Allur for students and young professionals.

Allur Campus is a nine-story brick building with an area of ​​over 13,500 square meters, designed to accommodate 300 people. It includes 71 family rooms, 60 student rooms, and 20 temporary guest accommodation spaces. All residential units are equipped with private kitchens, bathrooms, and recreation areas. The campus will also feature a medical center, library, computer lab, gym, and laundry facilities.

Construction of the facility began in 2023, and commissioning is scheduled for August 2025. Investments in the project to date have exceeded 2.1 billion tenge, and it is fully financed by Allur.

Allur Campus will become an important part of the region's infrastructure, providing comfortable living conditions, training, and development opportunities for young professionals. It complements Kostanay's industrial cluster, home to automotive component and equipment manufacturing, creating not only jobs but also a high-quality living environment for employees.

"The Allur Campus project is not just a residential complex, but a powerful social impetus that creates a new model of living near industrial facilities. During the Year of Blue-Collar Professions, declared at the initiative of the President, such projects take on particular significance. We cannot talk about a competitive economy without qualified and motivated specialists. The creation of such facilities creates a dignified, modern, and attractive environment for young people choosing a career in the industry," emphasized Deputy Prime Minister Yermek Kosherbayev.

The project will be expanded in the future. The second phase includes the construction of a 260-child kindergarten, as well as the development of sports infrastructure, including football and basketball fields, running tracks, workout areas, and table tennis courts.

Social projects of this scale demonstrate a new approach to regional development, where large businesses invest not only in production capacity but also in the quality of life of their employees and future specialists.
