Laureates of the “Jas Keñes Sıylığı” Youth Award Announced in Astana

Among the winners is our colleague, Allur employee Nurbоl Sapabek, who received a high honor in the “Golden Hands” nomination.

The “Jas Keñes Sıylığı” Award includes 10 categories across key fields — from medicine and education to industry, IT, and creative industries. This year, more than a thousand participants from all over the country competed for the award, and Nurbоl was among the top twenty, earning a well-deserved recognition and a cash prize of 1 million tenge.

He began his career at the Allur plant in 2014 as a mechanic and now heads the section for equipment repair and maintenance in the car assembly workshop. Over 11 years, he has gone through every stage of professional growth — from worker to manager.

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2025 has been declared the Year of Working Professions, and this victory symbolizes recognition of the work of thousands of specialists who stand at the foundation of the country’s industry and economy.
